The cases of legal license are ones which stipulate using the work without author's permission, but with the responsibility to pay author's royalty: using in governmental authorities, educational institutions and public libraries; copying for purposes of teaching or scientific research, in hard copy or a similar medium - fragments from publications through photocopy or any form of photography or similar technique with similar results; permitted in means of public information, copying, distributing copies, as well as other forms of public disclosure of articles published in other means of public information, provided that the articles refer to current economical, political and religious issues, and that the author has not explicitly forbidden it; permitted three-dimensional (spacious) multiplication of work, which are permanently exposed in streets, squares and other public open spaces, as well as distributing these copies.
